About Creative Community Services (CCS)
- Creative Community Services, Inc. (CCS) offers innovative, compassionate care for children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities. Through our unique services, we create stability, healing, and opportunity for those who need it most.
Our Programs
Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC)
Nurturing foster homes for children and teens with emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. We train foster parents to provide stable, loving environments where everyone can heal, grow, and thrive.
Developmental Disabilities Program (DD)
Supporting adults with developmental disabilities to increase independence and quality of life through personalized care, community integration, and skill-building.
Teen Parent Connection (TPC)
Providing teen mothers in foster care with the resources, education, and guidance they need to break generational cycles of abuse and poverty.
Kinship Care
Helping children and teens stay with family members or close friends when biological parents are unable to provide care, offering critical stability and support.
SOAR – Behavior Intervention
Partnering with foster parents and Host Home Providers to reduce problematic behaviors and build life skills that help individuals thrive in their communities.
